Restaurant
At Hotel Isolabella, the day begins with a rich breakfast served from 7:30 to 10:15, offering both sweet and savory options to suit every taste: juices, fresh smoothies, orange juice, muesli, cereals, rice and corn cakes, whole and skimmed yogurt, fresh, dried, and canned fruit, local cheeses from Primiero, cold cuts, classic and sugar-free jams. You’ll also find homemade cakes, freshly baked croissants, a selection of milks (cow, soy, oat, almond), and a tea corner.
During the summer months, a buffet lunch is available.
In the afternoon, during winter, from 4:00 to 5:30 PM, a delightful snack awaits you at IsolaBar: hot chocolate, tea, and fresh pastries, offering a sweet and relaxing break—perfect after a hike or a spa session.
Dinner, served from 7:30 to 8:40 PM, is a moment of flavor and variety: it begins with a vegetable buffet and an appetizer, followed by a choice of four first courses and four main dishes, with both Trentino and vegetarian options. The meal concludes with homemade desserts of the day, all prepared by our chef.
Activities
WINTER ACTIVITIES
During the winter season, every afternoon from 4:00 to 5:30 PM, we welcome you to IsolaBar for a sweet and relaxing snack: hot chocolate, tea, homemade cookies, and pastries—perfect for easing back after a day on the snow.
To savor the local traditions, we organize two special evenings: a free tasting of local grappas and a themed dinner featuring Kaiserschmarrn, a warm Austrian dessert, paired with parampampoli, a mountain liqueur that warms both your hands and heart.
SUMMER ACTIVITIES
In summer, the days are filled with unmissable little events. On Mondays at 7:15 PM, we kick off the week with a special welcome aperitif in the garden, accompanied by a buffet of local delights.
On Wednesdays, for those who love walking and being outdoors, we propose a walk with a typical lunch in our Baita Giasinozza: an authentic experience to be enjoyed among the flavours and landscapes of Primiero (with an additional €30 or as an alternative to dinner).
On Thursday afternoons, from 4:00 to 5:00 PM, the snack returns at IsolaBar, this time featuring iced tea, juices, cookies, and homemade pastries. On Fridays, it’s all about flavor with a special appetizer accompanied by a tasting of local cheeses and cured meats, the perfect way to close the week with the most authentic tastes of our valley.
Between 14 July and 15 September, on weekdays, you can take part in a half-day guided tour.
Wellness center
During your stay, you can enjoy unlimited access to IsolaWellness, our 350 sqm wellness center, open every afternoon from 2:30 PM to 7:30 PM. A space designed to help you regenerate with aromatic vapors, relaxation, and small daily rituals.
Children are also welcome to access the facility; however, those up to 13 years old are permitted only in the pool area and must always be accompanied by an adult, between 2:30 PM and 5:00 PM.
In your room, you will find a bathrobe, towel, and bag for accessing the SPA, while a swimming towel is available for younger guests.
Slippers are not provided automatically; they are available upon request, as part of our effort to reduce plastic usage.
Other included services
At Hotel Isolabella, every detail is designed to offer you a comfortable, relaxed stay full of possibilities. IsolaBar is our lounge bar, where you can enjoy selected wines, craft beers, cocktails, or a nice aperitif, all accompanied by pleasant background music.
If you love being outdoors, Paolo at the reception is always available to offer personalized advice on easy walks, more challenging hikes, or trails for a run immersed in nature. You’ll find free bicycles, Nordic walking poles, and, upon reservation and payment, six e-bikes with pedal assist. Right in front of the hotel, you’ll also find the convenient Primiero Valley bike path.
In your free time, you can relax in our reading room or watch a movie in the TV lounge. Fast Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, which is also equipped with a panoramic elevator and a service elevator.
Car
Regarding parking, we offer 10 free outdoor parking spaces or a covered garage, with the option to reserve a fixed parking spot for Euro 8.00 per day (subject to availability).
A charging station for electric cars is also available inside the garage.
Kids
At Hotel Isolabella, children also have their own special space. Isola Kids is a room dedicated entirely to them, where they can play freely with the PlayStation, Xbox, and dive into the ball pit, all in a safe and fun environment.
Our younger guests are also welcome in the wellness area’s pool section, where they can access every day from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM (ages 0 to 13), accompanied by an adult.
For outdoor adventures, we have children’s bikes available with helmets, and there are three playgrounds located near the hotel, easily reachable on foot (at 50, 200, and 500 meters).
We also think about the comfort of families: upon request (and subject to availability), we provide a baby amenities kit, including a potty reducer, bottle warmer, and bed rails, to make every little guest feel at home.
Pets
At Hotel Isolabella, your four-legged friends are welcome. We are happy to accommodate pets, but we ask for a few small considerations: for hygiene reasons, they are not allowed in the restaurant or wellness areas.
However, if you’d like to share breakfast or dinner with your dog, we can reserve a table for you in the bar area or, during the warmer months, outside in the garden.
The stay includes a small supplement of €15 per night for small pets (up to 10 kg) and €20 per night for medium-sized pets (up to 25 kg). That way, your furry friends can feel at home too, alongside you.
Check-in and check-out
The reception at Hotel Isolabella is open daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. If you plan to depart before opening hours, we kindly ask you to settle the bill the evening before, by 10:00 PM (or by 9:30 PM if you’re using a stay voucher).

For those who wish to enjoy a few extra hours of relaxation, a late check-out can be requested, allowing you to keep the room until 7:00 PM and continue using the wellness center. This service is subject to availability and, if not included in the booked package, comes with an additional charge starting from €15 per person. Please note that during peak season, this service may not be available.
Booking and Cancellation
Bookings can be made directly on our website, easily and securely. The tourist tax is not included in the price and amounts to €2.50 per person per night, to be paid locally (children under 14 are exempt, for up to a maximum of 10 nights).
To confirm the booking, we require a deposit of 20% of the total amount, to be paid via bank transfer or by providing credit card details (number and expiration date) with authorization for the charge.

Cancellation conditions
In the event of a no-show, late arrival without prior notice or early departure, we will retain 100% of the booking amount.
The deposit is 20% (minimum €50) of the booking amount. If you prefer to provide your credit card details, you authorise us to charge the corresponding amount should cancellation occur after the free cancellation period has expired. Please also note that a pre-authorisation attempt will be made.
Furthermore, depending on the season, the following additional terms apply:
- High season(9–30 August, New Year’s Eve until 6–8 January). Up to 14 days before arrival: free cancellation. 14 to 7 days before arrival: the deposit will be retained and may be used for a new booking to be made within 12 months. Less than 7 days before arrival: the full amount of the deposit will be retained and cannot be reused.
- Mid-season
Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. From 7 to 5 days before arrival: the deposit paid (equal to 20% of the total stay) will be retained and may be used for a new booking to be made within one year. After this deadline, the full amount of the deposit (20% of the total stay) will be retained.
- Low season
Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival. After this deadline, the full amount of the deposit (20% of the total stay) will be retained.

How to reach us

By Car Fiera di Primiero is easily accessible via the main road networks:
- From the South (Venice/Treviso): Take the SS47 Valsugana road towards Trento. Exit at Primolano and follow signs for Fiera di Primiero/San Martino di Castrozza (SS50).
- From the North (Bolzano/Trento): Take the A22 Brennero motorway, exit at Trento Centro. Follow the SS47 (Valsugana) towards Padua, exit at Primolano and continue on the SS50 following signs for Fiera di Primiero.
- From the East (Belluno): Follow signs for Feltre and then for Fiera di Primiero (SS50).
By Public Transport Travel to the Primiero Valley is served by trains and local buses:
- Train and Bus: The nearest railway station is Feltre (on the Padua-Calalzo line). Direct buses operated by Trentino Trasporti depart from the station, connecting Feltre to Fiera di Primiero in approximately 45 minutes.
- Direct connections: Seasonal bus connections are available to and from major cities such as Trento, Feltre, and Venice.
By Plane The closest airports to our property are:
- Venice “Marco Polo” (VCE) – approx. 100 km (recommended for the number of flights).
- Treviso “Antonio Canova” (TSF) – approx. 85 km.
- Verona “Valerio Catullo” (VRN) – approx. 160 km. During the winter and summer seasons, the Fly Ski Shuttle service is often available, directly connecting Venice and Treviso airports with our valley.
