Eating well is surely one of the key things that can make a holiday special.
When you are on holiday, you always feel the freedom and desire to try something new and indulge yourself with foods and flavours that really make you experience and feel a part of the local area and traditions. For this reason, at Isolabella we put a lot of effort into delivering you the best possible culinary experience and into assuring the high quality of every food you will eat.
Tasting the numerous dishes prepared by our chefs means travelling with all of your senses across Trentino, its past and present. Our cuisine is characterised by simple and home-grown ingredients, which our chefs transform into works of art that will delight your taste as well as your eyes.
At Isolabella Hotel, you will not find the traditional dinining room. We will offer you instead three different spaces where to enjoy your meals, each decorated in a different style. For example, you can choose to sit in the Tree Room, which smells like our local forests and has a wonderful wooden trea in its centre. It will make you feel like eating in the shade of a cherry, beech or lime tree. Alternatively, you can opt either for the Red Room or for the Garden Room. The Red Room is spacious and full of light. From its large windows you will be able to admire the local landscape, which will add a special touch to your meal. The Garden Room, located outdoors, will instead make you feel a full part of the surrounding nature and will allow your kids to play freely in our garden during meals.
We offer not only breakfasts, lunches and dinners but also afternoon snacks, to make you enjoy a sweet break when back from long days in the mountains. Moreover, there are cheese and other local products tasting sessions in the evenings, special gala dinners in candlelight and dessert tasting nights, with a buffet of cakes and sweets in our garden.

Begin your day on a high with a delicious and generous buffet breakfast between 7:45am and 10:15am. Whatever you like, be it home-made cakes or a savoury snack with local speck and cheese, you will find it there. There will no limits to what you can choose and taste!
Sit down, relax and let us pamper you. Our dinner have à la carte menus, but also feature generous buffets of vegetables and other appetisers, main dishes, pasta, soups, side dishes and home-made puddings and cakes. You can choose among classical menu, traditional menu or light menu. Our staff will always be at your disposal for enquiries about wines, local drinks and beers.

The afternoon snack is our special gift to our guests. There is nothing better than a delicious break after a long walk or ski day in the mountains. At Isolabar from 4 pm to 5 pm with hot tea, fruit juices and home-made biscuits that will really be the icing on the cake of your day!
